The stuff was affable and nice and the place was clean. We where given cheap, neat room with 2 beds in. The location was excellant - adjacent to stadium.

The staff we met were chatty.

The units were neat with an electric blanket. There is an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron - that's always a plus. The location is marvellous for exploring Blackpool. The staff are amazing friendly and helpful.

I had a PLEASANT time here and would not hesitate to return here. It was a great relaxing and fabulous place. The breakfast had lots of fine food and drinks. The room was very pretty nice, comfy bed.

Everything was great, the parking was nearby, the room was cheap. The location was brilliant and handy, within walking distance of Promenade. Moreover, it was so close to Blackpool, the centre and sea front and stadium.

Had central location close to everything. We had lunch in Bloomfield Chippy, located nearby. Our quadruple room was available with an electric kettle, central heating and an iron. A bath in the shared bathroom was a plus

We loved this property and recommend it. Clean, good value hotel, the location was handy next to Blackpool, and stadium and seafront. The best part of our fine stay was the marvellous breakfast with toast.

We appreciated location and amenities, the hotel had absolutely everything we needed. We were offered king room with coffee and television which were very good. The owner was helpful. It is nestled at the end of the road.
