Pleasant personnel, well-equipped rooms with extra for an elevated apartment, terrace, for example. Central location right opposite the Waterloo Street tram stop. And really close to public transport, the waterfront and the Tower and Madam Tusauds.

The hotel was lovely and in a central location. It was within 10 min drive or so from the airport. The staff was excellent throughout the day.

My kids and I appreciated being there, it's perfect hotel. The property's position was great and unbeatable, close enough to Waterloo Road tram stop, the south pier and pleasure Beach and the north shore.
