Overall clean property, ever so helpful stuff. All in all quiet location, just off local attractions, then pleasure beach and the centre of town. Fresh and good hot breakfasts, with toast and orange. They provided great service.

The hotel was in the very central setting close to the centre of town. There where very comfy beds and coffee and a dresser inside the room.

Fabulous and impeccably clean lovely family run hotel. Nice bed in triple room with an ironing set, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Perfect location in a domestic area, just off Blackpool and the town centre.

We loved this lovely family run hotel. The breakfast meal was freshly prepared and nice hot with jams and toast. The triple room was recently upgraded with bar and the shower and the location was perfect. Everything was perfect during our stay even so disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

Excellent staff and perfect location next to the old tram station so early in the morning a tram can wake you up, everything was perfect. I had the family room which was great-sized and recently upgraded with comfortable beds. The room had coffee/tea makers, multi-channel television, and ironing facilities plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The location was marvellous, right next to manchester square tram stop, convenient to go everywhere. The breakfast was freshly cooked and hot with a wide range of tea, toast, cereal, pancakes, and fruit.

I had small double room which was bright, extremely comfy bed. The staff were excellent and superfriendly. This was a comfy and gorgeous hotel with a very central location very close to tram stop. Also, the venue was only 1 km to Coral Island Amusement Center.

The accommodation had a very central location within walking distance of the promenade. Moreover, it was not too far away from Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium.

They provided plenty of fab choices for breakfast that was included. The suite was neat with double bed, so that guests had essentials.

The location was marvellous, and we could reach Arcade by walking. The staff was excellent providing assistance.

The hotel was comfy and had perfect staff and amenities. Everyone who worked there was amicable. The breakfast was savoury and plentiful, included cereal and fruit to get the day started. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, easy location.
