Perfect and fabulous room with all the special touches in your bedroom. The staff - very very nice and affable. Great and incredible location in a lovely area not far from the ‘ AVENUE GUEST HOUSE ‘, Blackpool Tower, Wintergardens and the Opera House and the seafront and central pier. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Saint Anne's Well.

Everything was great, enjoyed our comfortable stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and with shower cubicle, fresh fruit, complimentary refreshments.

The breakfast was delicious with quality ingredients, and the staff was accommodating.

Had real good stay for 2 nights. Central location of this tranquil hotel was a bonus. I enjoyed that the property was 10 minutes drive from the airport. The staff was welcoming and amazing and gave me recommendations.

We really loved to have evening drinks at the blues bar & brasserie, based nearby. After the arrival, we met owner, who was great. Moreover, we parked on-site.

The breakfast choices were FANTASTIC! The hotel building is lovely. We do recommend, to anyone staying in Blackpool.
