Really clean building and decent sized rooms with a good full english breakfast. Excellent and unbeatable location, at a moderate distance from Water of Leith Walkway.

It had great and excellent location, really close to the Blackpool north train station, the north pier and the sea front and night life.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a magnificent and perfect location. The room was charming little and decent size and the staff was outstandingly accommodating. The bed was comfortable, a bath worked well. I had a perfect stay.

The double room I booked was tastefully decorated. An electric kettle, central heating, and an iron were available here. The setting was unbeatable, so close to the north pier and the sea front, the town centre and the seaside.

The property's location was marvellous and magnificent, to the Blackpool north train station.

We walked everywhere, the location was great and excellent, near the tram. North Shore district was worth staying in. We spent 1 night in king room with super comfortable bedding, good amenities and a good full english breakfast.

Everything was outstanding, personnel was outstandingly accommodating. The room was immaculate and decent sized, it was just what we needed. We had iron and ironing board, a multi-channel TV, and a seating area plus a fairly clean bathroom.

We had a just perfect time. The place was exceptionally clean with a modern design and helpful and affable staff. It offered us magnificent location near nightlife and entertainment as well as the shopping centre and lots of pubs.

We were in a great and magnificent location short walk to shops bars and night life, and the north pier and the sea front.

I was travelling with my family members and overall it was luxurious hotel.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered triple room. Included iron and ironing board, flat-screen television, and a sitting area, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was based in very comfortable building in a marvellous and brilliant location, close to the beach. North Shore district was worth exploring.

It was clean, I would definitely come back. The location was marvellous, relatively near The Regent Antique Store.
