Its location was excellent, on the promenade.

Fairly clean place accompanied by very pleasant staff. Overall a very nice stay on the same night. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk in the room. Great and brilliant location on the promenade which is ideal in a domestic area.

The hotel's position was top and decent, close enough to Central Pier and South Pier, the arcades and s slope in hallway. The room was good value for money, with smoke detectors and superb views of the beach.

The location was decent - just off the seafront, and central pier and local shops. We had savoury, perfect breakfast with yoghurts, fruit, earlier risers.

Came here for 2 nights with my family members, everything was great. A standard room with a brilliant view of the beach and p, had requested this in advance. The hotel was absolutely fabulous and quiet and in a very central location.

It was a relaxing stay on the same night. The personnel was very welcoming and courteous. I thoroughly enjoyed the room for a cot bed. Very central location of this family-friendly hotel was a bonus. Café Cottage Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was tasty for earlier risers. The staff was outstandingly accommodating plus the location was good. Tried some takeout specials at Prom Chippy, luckily it was at a medium distance from the venue.

Easy to get to, great and fab location near to the Tower, tram stop, and the football stadium which was less than a 10 minute walk away and was £12 for 24 hours.

The place was fantastic and clean. We where given a triple room, it was spotless and cheap. It made our trip to Blackpool a relaxing experience.

Its location was stunning, near to the Tower and Pleasure Beach as well as one of the closest hotels to the Pier. Spent our evenings in nearby The New Philly Family Bar, especially when it was rainy outside.

It was based in very very good building in a top location, on Blackpool Central promenade. The room was good value for money and modern with the bedrooms re-decorated, and I slept very well.

As for me, the location was marvellous and fab, so close to the football stadium which was less than a 10 minute walk away, town centre and one of the closest hotels to the Pier. The breakfast was lovely and tasty with earlier risers, yoghurts and fruit, the best I had in Blackpool.

We have booked standard room for 2 nights, everything was great, it had central heating, coffee/tea making facilities, and television. The atmosphere created was quiet.

When we visit Blackpool, like staying here. The rooms are cheap and new-fashioned, and are complete with a fantastic breakfast and the shower plus a double bed. The hotel has a good and absolutely perfect location central right beside tram stop.

A fabulous area, particularly good location right by Close to all attractions, Central Pier and South Pier, and all the amusements and pubs and tower.

Incredible, stunning location so close to was £12 for 24 hours, tower and many bars & restaurants. Situated only 1 km from a 19th - century pier.

The location of the hotel was top - at a medium distance from Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum. There were a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and television in my king room, loved it.

The hotel was wonderful, impeccable services provided, incredible location to much trouble friendly staff great entertainment great with children definitely coming back soon. The breakfast was tasty, the check in was quick. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi provided in public areas was appreciated. Our stay was a really nice experience.

All in all everything was fine, had a very very good stay on the same night. The double room with a shower had basic facilities you need.

The views at this small hotel were beautiful. It was clean, perfect room. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was brilliant. The property was in a central location close to town centre. And I enjoyed that it was near Blackpool.

We were in immaculate triple room. It was in a central location, on the seafront. Found Manchester with perfect drinks 500 metres away.

overall had brilliant stay on the same night. i had a standard queen room and it was perfect with a view. efficient staff gave advice on things to do. the venue was in a central location near blackpool, shops. also, madame tussauds blackpool wax museum was at a short distance.

We had a standard single room with a view to the courtyard. Besides, public parking was convenient for us. It was worth its 3 stars...

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Food and staff, simply everything was GREAT. Magnificent sea views. 10 mins walk to the centre. Being around 4-6 minutes walk from sticky chocolate ltd was nice, we had dinner there.
