Nice hotel, amicable staff, excellent location close to many entertainment venues. Central heating, an iron, and tea and coffee making equipment in the room and the very comfy bed. Clean private bathroom. Location very close to restaurants, the centre and the shopping mall, pubs & restaurants.

The location was quiet and magnificent for me as it was near many entertainment venues, north pier and tower and blackpool tower. Explored an art museum, that is located relatively close to the hotel. The bed was extremely comfy & room was clean.

My double room was equipped with an iron, a coffee/tea maker, and TV. All the staff was friendly, tackled my issues. The location turned out to be magnificent.

An iron, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in our comfort triple room were useful during stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a walk-in shower. The property's location was marvellous, right on the beach.

The amiable staff and their quick responses to my needs. Particularly good location of the hotel in the middle of the city. Based not far from the beach, many entertainment venues, and the sea.

Location: the hotel was so close to north pier as well as surrounding attractions.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfy.

We had the family room with a comfy bed. The facilities such as an electric kettle, central heating and an iron were available...

The deluxe triple room we were given had central heating, an iron, tea and coffee making equipment.
