This place is truly exceptional and absolutely fabulous and the staff are very-very nice. It's extremely spacious with fine bathrooms.

Booked double room with central heating, an iron, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The bathroom was excellent, beds were soft.

Property was exceptional, with helpful staff and excellent location close to the beach. Excellent service and great value.

Magnificent central location right by the shops about a 10 minutes walk, shops and market takeaways and the attractions and nightlife. The breakfast with fruit, toast ect and jams was wonderful, had so much to choose from.

Last time we stopped we had a brand-new, a decent size room with 2 separate chairs to sit on near window.

Had central location within walking distance of everything. We had early meal in Dales Diner, based nearby.

The property has an unbeatable and brilliant location, adjacent to beach, pubs and central pier. The breakfast is enjoyable with lots of things to eat and drink.

Magnificent and brilliant location next to Houndshill Shopping Centre. Near to Coral island and other attractions.

The hotel was overall clean and the location was unbeatable fab right in the centre of everything. We really enjoyed comfortable beds. Staff were pleasant, room was tidy. There was Trecco's Takeaway nearby to grab something to eat. Everything was simply amazing.

We booked large double room, it was an attractive and competitive value for money.
