Loved our stay. Spent 2 nights here with our big family, had a such wonderful stay overall.

Disappointing aspect was extremely small bathroom.

Very clean bed in double room with an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk. Great-sized private bathroom.

Decent sized room with large windows as expected. Lots of lovely breakfast items to choose from. Family atmosphere of this hotel and very pleasant staff.

The units are reasonably large and airy with a good hearty english breakfast. The food is fab! The employees are very welcoming and accommodating.

Enjoyed the location to the train station which was very good of them. Queen room we stayed at was airy with very comfortable beds.

I asked for queen room and it was a nice size with very comfortable beds. An electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk were available in the room. The hotel had a very central location to the sea front where everything is happening.

Choose king room with large windows, a good hearty English breakfast plus TV. Unbeatable location very close to Blackpool centre, in the secure area. And 15 mins walk to Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum.

Budget, new-fashioned units provided with toiletries, a good hearty English breakfast, as example. Really clean building, marvellous location short walk to all the Blackpool attractions, the Winter Gardens and shopping/ Tower and winter gardens and tower, lovely hosts and free parking.

The property was relaxing with welcoming and nice staff in the excellent service they provided Malcolm went to every effort to make our stay special, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Had budget family king room with very comfortable beds, bathroom and TV. The location was very central, excellent close to main area.

The stay in this lovely little and relaxing hotel was wonderful and we will be back. Everything was good - very central location and excellent service. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Peter Street bus stop. The bed was lovely, and the room was a decent size. Our breakfasts were lovely on the wifi.

The breakfast was gorgeous with juice, the staffing teams were nice.

The hotel's position was great, on the prom next to the pier. The rooms were neat and airy, had smoke detectors for safety. The staff were very, very nice and accommodating, nothing too much trouble.

Had really great stay in the excellent service they provided. Really enjoyed the family queen room with twin beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location seemed marvellous and lovely to the train station which was very good of them. Besides, the hotel was relatively close to National Football Museum.

Excellent service, free parking available onsite. Gorgeous selection for breakfast. Quiet area, very central location so close to attractions and sea front, Grand Theatre and the tram to the pleasure beach.

The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from an art gallery. The restaurant onsite was lovely with awesome dishes.
