It has extremely helpful and very amiable staff team with quick service.

The hotel is clean and good-sized, has pleasant staff and great location within walking distance of everything. A standard quadruple room has basic facilities you need. Would recomand to stay here.

I loved the perfect building of this relaxing hotel and its ideal location. The staff was exceptional from my arrival up until I left. The bedroom was neat and budget. The sea view was absolutely fabulous. All the services were good. I had an excellent stay in a long time.

It was a lovely welcoming and luxurious hotel in a nice quiet area, so close to the sea front, arcades with the kids kids had a good night sleep to looks really nice and clean and bus stop and tram stop. The service was good throughout our stay.

The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the absolutely fantastic building with pleasant and exceptional staff. Reasonably priced, neat and budget rooms with the bedroom as well as very comfy beds. Marvellous location close to the attactions and nice quiet area. Free soft drinks at downstairs bar, good service. The check out is simple.

Marvellous and fab location, 1 km from city centre.

The restaurant here was great for breakfast, we both ordered fresh dishes. It offered us great and fab location close to a tram station. Also, Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum was 3 km away.

The bed was not comfortable in this place.

I loved the central location and the room was new-fashioned and functional. A cool bonus was Rose's Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. The breakfast was gorgeous and wonderful for food and drinks, with a good choice of nice options.

It's a nice size with nice looking bathrooms. The breakfast is enjoyable and fine, has many choices.

Spent 4 nights here with my grandchildren, had a very nice stay overall. The staff were really very nice and outstandingly accommodating, offered good services. Everything was second to none, including lovely and wonderful breakfasts with options close by and toast.

The location of the property was perfect and magnificent as we were not far from arcades with the kids kids had a good night sleep to looks really nice, close to attractions friendly staff, and the north pier to which is a great view of the fireworks on the friday.

Central location was a plus. It was located close to a tram station in Blackpool. The staff was pleasant, provided a friendly check-in and a simple check-out. The room was updated with pot of tea, a four poster bed, as example, I felt comfortable there.

This accommodation was in the central location close to center. The breakfast was enjoyable with good options, large square plates nicely laid out plus food and drinks, the best I had in Blackpool.

The room was budget, the location was great and beautiful. Café The Wexford Diner located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Stayed in this property for 2 nights and loved our choice.

It offers beautiful, stunning location. Sizzling Wok, where you can eat lunch, is a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, loved this place. The rooms are immaculately clean and cheap with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

Had an enjoyable stay on holiday, glad I've chosen it. The staff, everyone, was absolutely courteous. Overall perfect and magnificent location for everything I needed. The hotel was in a very pleasant area. The breakfast was enjoyable, the check in was easy. The pool on the premises was lovely.

Some people working there were extremely rude.

Excellent little and luxurious accommodation with unbeatable setting next to public transport, a more argumentative nature and arcades. Great breakfast on large square plates nicely laid out, absolutely fabulous views.

This was a REALLY GREAT stay out of service during my stay. New-fashioned units with coffee as well as drinks, and the staff were exceptional.

so glad we choose it, it's ideal place for staying in blackpool. their manager is the best! comfy bed in the standard triple room, and multi-channel television, a writing desk and ironing facilities.

We appreciated to be here, its staff and food. North Shore district was worth visiting. We had the standard queen room which was big. In addition, free Wi Fi was useful.
