Very impressed with superior twin room. Terrific staff that came on back shift, no complains at all.

Good sized and recently refurbished rooms for hotel guests. Marvellous location, large bed, luxurious bathroom. Excellent customer care, parking onsite.

Good and unbeatable location very close to the centre made it easy to get to key attractions.

Enjoyed this pet-friendly hotel, do recommend. Had a lovely stay for the weekend, glad I've chosen it. The room was great-sized and recently renovated and what's more - included shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The breakfast was superb, hearty for scrambled eggs.

Adequate room with tea facilities, bathroom and great view, I had everything needed. The location was marvellous, in front of a tram station and easy to find. The staff were terrific, they made me feel welcome.

It was clean with terrific staff on every shift. In front of a theatre and an opera house, overall the location was marvellous. There was the bay and a hill in front of the place.

The breakfast we ordered was hearty and wonderful with cereals fruit juice and relaxed atmosphere.

Its location in Blackpool was particularly good, not far from supposedly higher market, and North pier one tram stop. The superior twin room was charming little, the bed was large.

Appealing and fairly clean place, pleasant view of the sea. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the standard single room, plus a kitchen area, coffee facilities, and a lounge. Outstanding and brilliant food, exceptional service.

The staff were very pleasant and always pleasant and check-in was speedy. It was a great location short walk to the restaurant and drinks, promenade overlooking the sea buffet breakfast hot and fresh good car parking, and the esplanade.

My stay was excellent with our two nights at The Carlton. The staff was very pleasant at all levels. I had standard room with windows overlooking the sea and exceptionally comfortable bed. Had very central location very close to centre of Blackpool. Also, tourist destinations and an art gallery were at a small distance. Hotel's bar was comfortable. I liked the stay here.

We had a newly decorated superior twin room with a slope in the ceiling at the window, fresh towels, for example. Hot breakfast, best ever had, with a very relaxed atmosphere and pastries, for instance.

It's nestled in a really great building with marvellous and lovely location close enough to the bustle of the entertainments at the beach.

Loved my time here. The personnel was well organised and fabulously helpful as expected. I've booked standard twin room with adequate amenities and everything was fine. The breakfast was hearty and nice hot and served. The hotel's location was comfortable, near to the train station, a quieter part of town and the nearby restaurants and shops.

This was my pleasant overnight stay for two nights. It was overall clean, and the people were well organised and fabulously helpful. I loved convenient placing of a carpet, a lounge, and sound-proofed windows in the standard twin room.

The room was functional and stylish, but best of all was the sea view. I had an English breakfast, the food was outstanding. The location was great, to the main areas of blackpool with easy access to a shopping mall and a market. Also, I truly enjoyed to be within 2 km of a restored Victorian pier.

Every time we stay in Blackpool, like to stay here. All in all, it's luxurious place that has well managed and outstandingly helpful staff from reception to the housekeepers. The location is ideal and nice, near a tram stop, greatly enjoyed it. The restaurant is clean and the food is good.

Marvellous location to the safari park above, imperial style building. Based very close to town centre, Close to North shore, and the main hotspots in Blackpool.

Quaint and luxurious property with smart employees on every shift. A great selection of nice food. Good and perfect location in Blackpool short walk to all transport to town centre and beyond resteraunt is excellent and service is good, all the attractions are and shows and bars and clubs the main shopping hounds hill and the North pier where the fireworks were going off.

The single room was airy with a mattress a foot wider than the base, bedroom, as for instance. This was a magnificent and unbeatable location really close to tower, all the, and seafront. Also, Promenade was just 1 km away. Really enjoyed our time at the hotel, thank you.

My 7 nights in Blackpool were nice. The location in a good area was marvellous and there were shops and supermarkets nearby. Single room was cheap and the food was decent. The view was pleasant of the sea.

The location is marvellous, 2 km from a public park. And it's in front of bars and restaurants.

Everything was perfect, had a perfect stay for the weekend. They gave us a perfect little and double superior room with the eye level window, sea-view, as for instance. The location in a very quiet area was easy and there were shops and supermarkets nearby.

The venue was set in the very central position not far from Dinning areas, Blackpool and the restaurant. Also, Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium was 2 km away.

Beds were too hard.

Its rooms were budget and updated and always kept clean. The setting was handy, short walk to Blackpool. Besides, I explored an art gallery within walking distance of the hotel.

The location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of Opera House Event Venue. And the area was nice enough, so close to all transport to town centre and beyond resteraunt, the town centre and sea front.

The location was unbeatable, you can visit Blackpool Central Library by walking. Visited few places in the centre, not too far from the hotel.

The rooms are welcoming with a large bed and window open. It's in an amazing building in the lovely area.

Came here for 2 nights with my daughter, had a fabulous stay. The room met requests, bright in executive bedroom. The location for my purpose was incredible, in front of a tram station. I visited bars and restaurants in front of the hotel.

Wanted to explore Blackpool and this hotel was relaxing base for doing it. Large room, ideal for family. On-site restaurant The Retreat Bar & Grill was a bonus, had dinner there.

We went to see winter gardens blackpool and winter gardens nearby. North Shore neighborhood is worth seeing. We would recommend once again...
