Spotless units with single bed, and the staff were affable. The location was great and incredible, a short walk from the beach.

Everyone is friendly and excellent and host too. We stay in economy double room quite often, it is neat and brand-new.

We had gorgeous breakfasts with fresh juice, special mention to really good staff. Double room was gorgeous, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location seemed marvellous and incredible close to all amenities.

Exceptionally clean, good value hotel, the location was magnificent and incredible close enough to nearby restaurants and things to do, and tram stop at bottom of road. The breakfast was gorgeous and complete with fresh juice. We had economy double room with single bed.

The breakfast had lots of options, tea and toast. We stayed in a perfect superior twin room with single bed. Had good and lovely location near the south shore, so close to a 1st ever fully licensed distillery.

Overall, it's good base for exploring Blackpool attractions. I loved excellent personnel that ensures guests have a really good stay. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from South Pier. The airport is 5 km away, easy to get to. Nothing too much trouble, recommend this hotel.

Location - great and brilliant, not far from Blackpool as a resort, the Beverley Dean and sandcastle water park. Welcoming rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, lovely breakfast.

The location was INCREDIBLE, within walking distance of Lucemajicus. I got to the airport within 10 minutes' drive.

It was a homey hotel with exceptionally clean and absolutely perfect rooms. A good choice of excellent options for meal.

Spent 2 nights here with my daughter, had a very good stay overall. They gave me an economy double room with single bed. The location was incredible - next to nearby restaurants, and the sea front and south pier, pleasure beach and other attractions. There were a lot of restaurants to eat, like The Eating Inn that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The rooms were gorgeous and tidy, equipped with iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV set. The breakfast was gorgeous with fresh juice, no complains at all. The staff were amicable and excellent and the location was unbeatable very close to all attractions.

We have booked economy queen room with a double bed for 4 nights. Perfect and excellent location near main attractions, loved it.

Spotlessly clean building, marvellous and brilliant location close enough to centre, the South Pier and the sea, transport and the delights of Blackpool as a resort. Very polite staff interactions.

Came here for 2 night stay, had a fantastic experience. We where in a marvellous location not far from a pier, promenade and main attractions, and sandcastle water park, south pier and the pleasure beach.

The hotel's location was excellent, not far from a shop and things to do. The staff was excellent and the host too.

We had a really great time staying at this hotel. They gave a double room with a double bed as we booked. The location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a steel roller coaster.

The hotel was homey, even so I stayed for 2 nights only. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept well. Had cosy location to south pier. What's more, it was close to tram stop as well as all the attractions.

Spotlessly clean, good value hotel, its location was magnificent and right by the Beverley Dean, a shop, Blackpool. I have stayed in the double room with an iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and television. The beds are comfy and the staff is attentive.

The hotel's setting was very close to such tourist attractions as blackpool illuminations. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. Perfect for trip. We really enjoyed our stay in beverley dean.
