The hotel is bright and reasonably clean, nestled in a very very good building. The breakfast is marvellous with bacon and bacon & sausage, as for instance, lots to choose from. Well-equipped rooms come with a bunk bed, friendly atmosphere, as for instance.

Hotel was well presented and lovely little and the room was modern. The most important was the staff - excellent and amiable people. The location met requests, it was perfect and comfortable in the residential area. There was Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very good. Stay here was perfect 10/10, I did not want to leave.

It was a magnificent location right by the promenade and attractions and restaurants. Comforts of family room were fabulous - central heating, an iron and ironing board, and television.

The bathroom I had was very small.

My family room with a comfy mattress, TV plus double bed was well-equipped. The breakfast was marvellous exactly as I hoped, with the rate which was lovely, toast plus great atmosphere all round. The setting was stunning, right by Coral Island, Blackpool Tower, Hounds Hill shopping centre and Central Pier and a local restaurant.

Had airy double room with a single bed. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and attentive and knew the area. It offered very efficient service and outstanding food too.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, it was very nice for our nxt visit. The location was magnificent right in the centre of blackpool. We tried some restaurants, including Jaipur of India which boasted a savoury cuisine.

The location is fab and amazing, it's near to the Winter Gardens as well as Coral Island, Blackpool Tower, and Central Pier. For tea and goodies visit Dim Sum Cafe, located close by.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay for our nxt visit. The hotel boasts central location very near to the Tower. A 5-minute walk will take you to Mickey Finn's, where you can eat. The breakfast is amazing, available with toast and nice coffee, as example.

The room was inviting and I had a satisfactory breakfast. The service was amazing, the staff were attentive. The location was unbeatable and brilliant for walking around Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum. The restaurant had amazing food, really enjoyed it.

Nicely decorated hotel, I loved its central location just off Blackpool as well as the centre. Everything was perfect, though a few employees were very chatty. My family room was immaculate with very comfy beds, a separate bedroom, a comfy mattress. Pleasant staff, providing amazing service. Didn't expect to get ironing for nothing, you guys rock. The stay was absolutely really nice.

The setting was quite magnificent within easy reach of a 120th-tallest freestanding tower.

Great choice for weekend. In overall, the place is family-friendly. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds. Near the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.
