Excellent location really close to everything, in the central area. Again, not far from a public park.

The hotel had a great position, really close to everything owners really friendly breakfast great. The staff was excellent and amiable when needed.

The room was neat, equipped with 4 single beds and TV, it accommodated us perfectly.

Clean and the staff was really helpful and excellent. Though some of the staff were so relaxed, I had a lovely stay. The bedroom was tidy and airy. And beds were extremely comfy. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, for example, Chetham's Library was within a close distance from the hotel. Plus it was in a downtown area.

The room was good-sized with all the amenities. And there were extremely comfy beds. The location of the hotel was magnificent, right by the north pier. Stayed for 1 night, the staff was very friendly during all this time.

A great hotel for a long weekend in Blackpool. Really helpful staff, huge, reasonably large room with decent shower, TV, for example. Good and unbeatable location as only 5 minutes to a famous Victorian entertainment complex. Situated in a downtown area. At 10 km distance from the airport.

The venue was set in the central position really close to the centre and beach as well as train station.

It was in a central setting very close to everything we was going to. What's more, it was near tram, the attractions and the centre and beach.

The hotel was lovely, I loved its very welcoming staff. My huge and fairly quiet room came with TV, 4 single beds, for instance. The location was great for traveling around Blackpool, just off the town centre, the outlet shopping, and the sea front. North Shore district was worth exploring.

Everything was perfect and within 15 minutes' drive of Blackpool International airport. It was airy, good enough for a long weekend. The bed was very comfy and pillows too.

The beds are exceptionally comfortable to sleep on. The location is marvellous and brilliant, 2 km from Promenade. It is found in a peaceful area so close to Blackpool, and the train station.

Fairly clean place, would stay here again. The location is central, right by the promenade and the centre and North Pier. North Shore district is worth looking into.

Hotel turned out to be very clean and the breakfast option was delicious! Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Mchalls Bistro that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Owner was frendly.

The staff were simply accommodating and they had comfy beds. Amazing base for exploring Blackpool.

The street itself was noisy.
