Superior place overall, it is fairly clean, location is easy and marvellous close to the Promenade. The staff are amicable and the rooms are clean. They serve fine food, have lots of options to choose from.

Everything is perfectly fine, thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff is amiable and pleasant, family atmosphere. A family king room has basic facilities you need. The hotel offers easy and stunning location metres from Blackpool downtown.

there were an iron with ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment and multi-channel television in the room, appreciated that. the hotel had indeed an easy and amazing location on seafront.
