Ideal and comfy place with understanding staff and magnificent location by the Seaside. Had king room with bottom sheet, a nice view, for instance. Lots of lovely food.

The bedroom was cheap and nicely decorated. There was a spotless bathroom with shower facilities and bath sheets.

Every staff member is affable and strives to meet your needs.

By and large, it was convenient base for sightseeing in Blackpool, had much fun and met pleasant and exceptional staff in member of staff friendly.

Many things to mention - everything was impeccably clean, good food, amazing views. The room was good sized and brand-new and included central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Booked the hotel for its nice location near to a tram, central or north pier and Close to pleasure beach. I had the small double room which was a nice size with shower.

The place was modern and had excellent and efficient staff in member of staff friendly, greatly enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect, the rooms were beautifully decorated. Moreover, it was around 4-6 minutes' walk from The Horror Crypt and easy to find.

All in all everything was very comfortable, had a fabulous short stay for one night. The room was brand-new with really nice beds and a modern decor.

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location to pleasure island and easy access to a supermarket and shops. And a 4-6 minute walking distance from The Great Promenade Show. Good food for excellent breakfast except for the toast.

Gorgeous and fairly clean place offers sensational breakfast and brilliant location in a quieter area away from the busier beaches nearer the Tower. The staff is good and fine, they ensure you have a superb time here.

The atmosphere of the hotel is cosy. The restaurant food is fine, and the breakfast offered is sensational with cheap beans, 1 sausage a very greasy hash brown, an undercooked egg. Would recomand this venue, nothing too much trouble - we felt very special.

The whole place was clean and the staff were efficient. We had the family twin room which was incredible and budget. The location was decent, an easy walk to The Horror Crypt. Food in the amazing restaurant was decent!

The location is incredible and quiet, to the north pier. Besides, we liked the lake, located within 15 mins walk of the hotel.

The small king room I stayed in was tastefully decorated with a filthy carpet. The location was best possible and prime in the peaceful area.
