I really enjoyed the room, it was spotless and had a safe, central heating, and an iron and ironing board. The location in a really safe area was great and handy. Visited few places in the centre, at a walking distance from the hotel. A great selection of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding.

My room was immaculate and bright with a lovely freshly prepared breakfast. The location was great and lovely, easy to get into Blackpool centre. Had some takeaway meals at Chicken Valley, set right at the hotel, I couldn't resist.

The breakfast is amazing, available with options including full English and fruit, as for instance. The location is marvellous, adjacent to Blackpool from London, St Chad's Road tram stop and the taxi.

The location was marvellous by the seaside. What's more, it was really close to a lovely establishment and Central Pier. Everything was good, top-class and nice cosy room with a lovely freshly prepared breakfast. The food was excellent - a wide range of options.

The location was great and handy, around a hundred metres from St Chad's Road tram stop, convenient to go everywhere. The breakfast was amazing with cereals and options including full English, for example, and also the staff were all very welcoming!

The hotel had a central position adjacent to Blackpool centre as well as the sea front.

The breakfast offered a huge variety of good meals. The location was best possible and peaceful, to the then park etc, and my bed was very clean. Everything met what was needed, I would definitely go back.

The rooms were immaculate and spotless with smoke detectors for our safety. The setting of hotel was marvellous, to get to all attractions. We ordered lunch at Little Ethel's Restaurant, located right at the venue.

Central location of this seaside hotel was a bonus. Local fast food option Golden Bowl was 5 minutes walk away. Our superior queen room was equipped with central heating, an iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee making equipment. It included a very comfy bed and a private bathroom.

Everything was fine, had a brilliant stay for the Easter weekend. The location was best possible, around 10-15 minutes walk from Illuminations.

Everything was great, had a such great stay for the Easter weekend. Incredible room which had a safe, central heating, an iron and ironing board. I loved both wake-up service and exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Promenade. Plus it was in a lovely area.
