There was fab food, the staff was lovely friendly. Your location was excellent, close to the beach.

It was a fabulous stay for a night. It had super location for what we wanted. The staff was brilliant and the owner too.

The room I booked was good-sized and compact with tea, the bedroom and comfy clean beds as expected. The staff was lovely friendly. The location was magnificent as it was near pubs and bars. There was lots of pubs and cafés nearby.

Croissants and cereal were fab and overall there was a wide range of food. This was my 2nd stay, they offered queen room with comfy beds.

Enchanting place overall, it is fairly clean, location is super in walking distance to the sea front. The staff are brilliant, and the owner too. Food options are appetising.

The staff is fantastic friendly, amicable. The queen room is brand-new with wardrobe space, the bedroom, for example. The food is fabulous with a wide array of options, including croissants and cereal.

I had well priced and brand-new room with comfy clean beds and tasty breakfast plus tea. The location was magnificent and fab for exploring this residential area, very close to the South Pier, pleasure beach and Sandcastle water park as well as a stone's throw from the Pleasure Beach. After long day I visited The Velvet Coaster for a couple of drinks.

The food was fab and there were plenty of dishes in the menu.

The location is super right next to the Pleasure beach. Plus, it's in South Shore district, very close to theme park and Blackpool after the illumination have finished.

You can have toast, slices of fresh bread, and cereal with your breakfast if you want to. The rooms are beautifully decorated with buckbed on top of the double bed and the staff are excellent.

They offered us brand-new and reasonably priced rooms with bathroom as well as 2 bunk beds. The staff were very very helpful, as for 3-stars hotel.

Appreciated the double room with bunk bed for children, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location was magnificent, near railway station too, convenient to go everywhere. The jewel in the crown was excellent and amicable staff.

The hotel's location was brilliant, so close to Pleasure Beach/Water Park, a tram, and theme park. I was surprised at nearby The Snackery, they had some goodies, drinks.

Cheap & great-sized unit with a double bed. Great food, croissants and cereal. Magnificent location, in the tram. And near to the seafront, the value for money as well as the beach, pleasure beach and mirror ball. Overall really good stay for a night.

Well, it was an excellent stay for a night. The hotel was set in a central area near a stone's throw from the Pleasure Beach and the train station and the pleasure beach. And it was just 1 km from an amusement park.

Meals in the hotel were delicious! Really enjoyed how the family room with comfy clean beds was arranged when we arrived.

The rooms were neat with space for 6 kept by the welcoming staff. It was nice having central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and a multi-channel TV. Central location of this lovely family run hotel was a bonus.

Wonderful place to stay with unbeatable location out on to the seafront where you can catch a tram and good food. A lot of food at the breakfast, including toast, breads and cereals. Comfy beds in our standard twin room. Painless check-in, excellent employees.

Booked standard twin room with a double bed. I had a very very good stay, the staff were very very helpful, always trying their best. Excellent service was provided. Furthermore, hotel's free parking was on site. The location turned out to be excellent, near so many attractions and restaurants, and the front amusements.

exceptional location, great hotel, very clean rooms. we really enjoyed the sandy beach near our property. also, blackpool football club was max 25 minutes walk to. furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient.

The place was spotless and we loved our standard triple room.

Sandcastle water park is not far away. We enjoyed the fact that we chose canberra: )
