It was a great location just off blackpool and promenade, town and Tower.

It had great and amazing location very close to winter gardens as well as Tower.

Amazingly nice and polite staff as one would expect. Would consider staying here again for the location, it was amazing.

No negatives from this place.

The location was stunning - right by centre, promenade, town and Tower, and blackpool. The staff was amiable and the owner too. The room was well-kept and included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

It had great and stunning location, adjacent to winter gardens, promenade, town and Tower and the beach. Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was very very helpful and extremely friendly during all this time.

The room was nicely decorated and new-fashioned as requested. It was a stunning location just off sealife centre and madame tussauds, promenade, town and Tower, and all the bars. Also, it was close to Sainsbury's.

The room was well decorated and new-fashioned, it had a shower and bath sheets. The staff was affable - I would stay here again.

We stayed in a standard queen room which was neat and compact. Its location at a moderate distance from a famous Victorian entertainment complex was marvellous. Further, it was just next door to tourist attractions, sealife centre and madame tussauds, and promenade, town and Tower.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in front of central pier which was perfect for us as we had a show booked for there. It was 1 km from Mcdonald's, offering quick-service food.

The location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of a famous Victorian entertainment complex. Btw, the airport was 5 km away. Our room was nicely decorated and had 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

The location was amazing, very close to central pier as well as all the bars and easily accessible. Also, it took me approximately 15 minutes to walk to English lights festival.

The staff was incredibly nice at all levels.

Central heating, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were available in our triple room. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

An exceptionally comfortable bed and a well decorated and new-fashioned room overall. Location short walk to all the bars as well as central pier.

The room was neat and it had a walk-in shower and fresh towels, that's cool.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was perfect for us. Our partner and we enjoyed being there. The location was marvellous, close to The Winter Gardens. It was also right by sealife centre and madame tussauds.

They placed us in a triple room which was brand-new and modern. The staff were all great, amazingly nice.

exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a coffee/tea maker and tv were a nice touch. the staff was ready to assist, affable and approaching people. could use their reasonably priced parking. popped in captain jacks for shots before sleep, it was within walking distance of the venue.

We stayed in a tidy room with facilities one might need.

Central heating, a coffee/tea maker and TV available in the double room. Exceptionally comfortable beds, perfect after a long day in Blackpool. Peaceful location close to all amenities, minutes away from Promenade. And near the centre, winter gardens, and all the bars.

The staff was amiable and responsive to what we asked for.

This hotel met needs! Had such wonderful 3 nights here. I loved the venue and found the staff amicable. My single room had central heating, a flat-screen television and a coffeemaker.

Overall, it's decent base for exploring Blackpool attractions. Really loved the single room and the way it was setup.

We appreciated our 1 night here. Loyal personnel and great location. The hotel has standard triple room.
