The breakfast was awesome with many options, fabulous food. The personnel was incredibly friendly and excellant, and the owner too.

Thoroughly enjoyed our great value for money and spotlessly clean rooms with a double bed with 4 pillows and the staff were excellent.

The location was marvellous for me as it was just next door to Promenade, Tower, Theatre's and shops, all the shops and the main attractions such as the Tower, shops and Coral Island. Besides, it was 3 km away from The Real Mary King's Close.

It was an excellent location near houndshill shopping centre, Promenade, Tower, Theatre's and shops, and main attractions in Blackpool. Besides, we wanted to visit Houndshill Shopping Centre, that was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Staff excellent. Great nearby places include Frenchman's Cove, we usually had drinks there.

Street was noisy.

300 metres away there is Dales Diner, where you can dine. A decent place for exploring Blackpool...
