Fairly clean accommodation, lovely and great staff. The twin room with 4ft beds, facilities worked for us.

All in all unbeatable setting close enough to promenade, Winter Gardens and Blackpool for pleasure. Huge and tidy room, lovely bed and pillows.

Booked good-sized and huge room with the bedroom as well as an excellent breakfast, excellent value for money. The breakfast was amazing with a wide array of delicacies.

The rooms are huge with 4ft beds, so that guests have essentials.

It had incredible location with access to Houndshill Shopping Centre nearby.

It is a quiet and homely property located in Blackpool Centre district really close to the Town and Tower, the centre, pubs. The staff are caring, they keep the place clean.

The hotel was homely and cheerful, and the staff were pleasant, loved the top location just next door to promenade and Tower, pubs and clubs and Blackpool. Blackpool Centre district was worth staying in.

Excellent value for money for Blackpool. Cheerful and clean place, pleasant and amazing staff. Variety of fabulous food. An electric kettle, central heating and a TV available in the twin room. Central location, within easy walking distance of a 19th - century pier.

It has huge and warm rooms with central heating, coffee/tea making equipment and a TV set. I liked pleasant and caring personnel that ensures guests have an enjoyable stay. The best thing is location - near promenade and Tower and main town centre and the beach.

The room was spotless with the bedroom and good hot shower plus very comfy bed and the overall experience was lovely. Fine facilities, everything you could wish for.

it deserves its 3 stars. everything was great during our stay. the hotel was in a central setting. we really loved to chill in the nearby the blues bar & brasserie.
