We had a comfortable bedroom. The beds were very clean and the view of next door's garden was magnificent.

The breakfast was freshly prepared and there was lots of fabulous food. They placed us in a double room which was decent sized and cheap.

The private parking was on-site, exceptional service. The breakfasts were fresh with cereals and pastries, for example and all the staff was top-class.

It offers excellent services and fantastic value. The rooms are a nice size and good value for money with coffee and Wi-Fi.

It was great value and newly renovated with super-comfy beds, good enough for celebrating birthday. The hotel's location was perfect and excellant, close to town centre, a childrens play park at the end of the street and Central Pier, the tower & The Sea Life Centre.

Lovely friendly staff and magnificent location in front of coral island, everything was perfect. Had a cheap double room, which allowed us to enjoy magnificent view of next door's garden. The breakfast was fresh made, had a special stay in September.

Really really nice stay in September. Everything there were great, including clean facilities. Particularly good and incredible location for the major attractions and shopping area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from an iconic riverside observation wheel.

Overall it was decent sized and newly remodelled, with a private bathroom.

Recommend it and I will be returning here soon. Big size & impeccably clean hotel, its location is perfect short walk to Blackpool, many arcades and the beach and town centre. The property's staff is top-class and caring.

The staff were all caring, and the room was a nice size and great value with a shared bathroom. The location was ideal and handy and short walk from a coach station. We ordered lunch at Sandwich Stop, located close to the venue.

We usually stay here for a weekend and the room is always immaculate and perfect. The breakfast offers lots of toast and fruit. The staff is polite and great.

The location perfect and magnificent for Blackpool Centre district, it is just off the deneside a family of 10 as well as winter gardens. The double room is cheap and a nice size.

It was a comfortable and handy location for us, close enough to the town / arcades / beach as well as The Deneside Guest House. Moreover, Blackpool County Court was near the venue.

This was an exceptional stay on the May bank holiday weekend. The hotel had a perfect and handy position, near coral island. I tried some drinks at bar King Edward Vii, located 5 minutes walk away.

I appreciated recently decorated and modern rooms with a shared bathroom. The breakfast was freshly prepared and great and you could choose from cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit. The personnel was outstandingly accommodating, and the owner too. The location was great and fantastic for me, near coral island.

The location of the property was brilliant, all in all a fantastic establishment with staff who could n't do enough for you. It was also near both sea front and town centre, and attraction.

Had 2 days in Blackpool, spending my time here lovely. This hotel was set in a central area just next door to water parks, town centre and Close to tower and winter gardens. Furthermore, it had easy access to Promenade. The room was brand-new, tastefully decorated with the bedroom and bottled water and fantastic value. The staff was thoughtful and helpful, offered excellent services.

By and large, it was holiday base for sightseeing in Blackpool, had much fun. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. It was very close to all the attractions, and Sealife Centre, perfect location overall.

All in all, it was chilled-out base for travelling to Blackpool. It was near to central Blackpool, town centre and the promenade, and the promenade, marvellous location overall.

Came in Blackpool to relax and have fun, this family-run hotel was excellent place for doing it;)))

I loved brilliant food.

Worth its 3 stars. A heating system, a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities were provided in the room.
