Brilliant hotel, outstanding breakfasts, brilliant location right on the front central to everything. Lovely and fantastic staff, exceptional family room. Exceptionally comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV set, and ironing facilities.

Outstanding and sensational breakfast with lots of options, fantastic and spotlessly clean place. Good-sized and freshly decorated hotel unit except for the toilet. Ideal location just a walking distance from Albert Square. Pleasant stay in fairly nice area.

Reasonably large rooms for shower etc, magnificent location. Coffee/tea makers, flat-screen TV, and ironing facilities were convenient.

The hotel was brilliant and immaculately clean. Budget and freshly decorated room, it included an iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and TV. The central location and caring and excellent staff were the highlight of this pleasant stay. It took only 5 minutes to walk to William Brown St bus stop.

The location was incredible - next to beach as well as the illuminations. Went to King Edward Vii for drink or two, set at a short distance from the hotel.

Wonderful staff, amazing views of the beach to have your breakfast in the morning, everything is brand-new. The location it has so close to all attractions as well as the promenade is brilliant and super. A 10-minute walk will take you to Ali Baba's Takeaway, where you can eat. The downstairs bar offers warm drinks.

placed 15 mins on foot from blackpool pleasure beach and next to many other city attractions. the hotel was in the central setting.

Choosing for lunch Manchester, which is situated 200 metres away was a good idea. A perfect base for exploring Blackpool. Would be happy to recommend for everyone.
