Wonderful hotel, lovely breakfasts, stunning location close to local attractions. Clean bathroom, tidy, delightful room. Sea view from the window was magnificent.

I had a really amazing stay. The room was fantastic, fabulous and included a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. It took me 10 minutes to get to a metro station.

Everything was second to none from the exceptional service to the fabulous food. The staff was very amiable and extremely friendly in all services. Liked a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and TV with satellite channels in the room. The breakfast was lovely, had a wide array of options. The location was nice and excellent, near to the sea front, the football ground and the centre. We were there for 2 nights, overall had a perfect stay.

Helpful staff and absolutely fantastic place. Warm units with very young children. Nice location, family environment. Plus, walking distance to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

I had a fabulous experience here, everything was great, the location was fab so close to Central piers as well as Blackpool x. I was offered a room with amazing views of the beach.

Food was fab and I have nothing but amazing memories from this trip. The breakfast food was lovely, the staff were extremely friendly. The deluxe queen room I had was fantastic.

It was an amazing location right by the promenade, Central piers and the centre. Quadruple room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant and provided help. Actually everything was second to none, my next choice again in Blackpool.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe double room on upper floors. Its location is excellent, short walk to South and Central piers and the beach. The place to order lunch just a short walk away from the hotel is Seafresh Fish Restaurant.

Quiet little and incredibly friendly venue, amazing location just next door to the football ground, and South and Central piers, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a nice stay that met expectations, would stay there again. The location was stunning, not too far from Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum. There were lovely beds and a work desk, a TV set and a coffee maker inside the room. It was tidy and pleasant to come back to.

the hotel and family room were spotlessly clean. there's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like frenchies, set within 5 minutes walk or so. the beds are comfy to sleep on.

A canopy bed was a bonus. Excellent home base for a trip in Blackpool! 25 minutes walk from the train station. Located 600 metres from the hotel, Promenade Bistro was a good choice to eat;))
