Incredible spot not far from the seafront, all attractions and all shops and restaurants.

A little too warm room.

Great and incredible location just next door to south pier, and the seafront in a central position, I felt safe.

Clean property. Relaxing family room with see views, family atmosphere. Very pleasant building, great location just next door to all attractions as well as tower.

The hotel had indeed a marvellous and incredible location on the seafront in a central position. We got marvellous breakfasts at 9.40am. The check-in was quick and the atmosphere was family overall.

Our location was particularly good and perfect close to everything. Besides, it was 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park.

It had a fab location right by the sea front and the back alley. We were there for 1 night and felt will choose the place for future trips.

The breakfast is hot with a wide array of dishes. Double room is cheap, has a clean bathroom.

They gave us a reasonably large room with a great seaview and the bedroom.

The property is fabulous and clean, offers marvellous and delicious breakfasts. The staff is supper friendly and the rooms are immaculately clean and relaxing. The bar is nice.

The place is clean and special. The single room is relaxing and has a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Everywhere was fairly clean, room with multi-channel television, a coffee maker, and a writing table was really cheap and neat. Hotel's location was excellent and fantastic, right on the promenade.

The hotel was in an exceptionally nice location, close to all attractions. Visited Grosvenor Casino Blackpool, located at a moderate distance from the venue.

You guys made our stay good. It was clean, staff was superbly friendly and welcoming. The location was fab and brilliant, close to food places, promenade and south pier. We had plentiful, warm breakfast with nice view.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

It was very very good 1 day, would stay there again. Stayed here with my family and everything was perfect. All the staff was very amiable and I had a quick check in. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, short walk to the seafront, the promenade and the beach on the promenade, in a lovely area.

The location of the property was unbeatable, right on beachfront. Also, the hotel was set not too far away from Lucemajicus.

Our experience here was brilliant. Every detail of this special and recently refurbished property was perfectly fine. The location was excellent and ideal for Blackpool, near to FROM THE TOWER and central and south piers. We saw Bannatyne Health Club & Spa, that's not too far away from the venue.

The place is fabulous and fairly clean, everything is great, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff is welcoming and accommodates all of guests' needs. They serve marvellous and good breakfasts for all tastes with nice view.

All in all, it was excellent place for travelling to Blackpool. I had a warm breakfast at 9.40am. It was in the central location on promenade other than that.

I would say it's useful base for staying and exploring Blackpool. It includes lovely restaurant and lovely bar. When I am in Blackpool, I like staying here.
