Fabulous and exceptionally clean hotel with an excellent value. Excellent staff, peaceful and perfect location convenient to Promenade. Not far from the Central Pier and town centre and the Blackpool tower.

Had a small double room with double bed, and we loved it. The staff was amiable and responsive to what we asked for. The setting was absolutely perfect, short walk to the football stadium, and Promenade.

The room was neat, compact, clean bathroom. It included central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a seating area, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Loved the way our a nice size double room with double bed was arranged. That hotel was in a quiet and perfect location, near the Manchester pub. Also, we could easily reach Saint Saviour Pimlico.

The location was good and unbeatable right next to the football stadium. Moreover, the hotel was within access to Bessborough Gardens.

Thought that there would be breakfast, but we were wrong.

My double room was a nice size and well-organised with a perfect breakfast. It was based in really nice building in a peaceful location, easy to walk to the sea front. Had tea and goodies at Mermaid Cafe, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

It has peaceful, unbeatable setting, close to the Central Pier and town centre as well as beachfront very close.

The property was impeccably clean with amiable staff. Nice location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a 19th - century pier. Found in a pretty quiet area really close to beachfront and the centre of town. Totally real good stay during holidays.
