The Metropole Hotel

We had the standard double room which was huge and modest with breakfast. The hotel provided us with luggage storage and a carpet. The service was excellent, the food was well presented.

Suite is high-class, has a big size bathroom.

Clean property with exceptionally pleasant staff. Great location, updated standard family room with a nice view, smell of smoke, as for instance. Good service and family ambiance.

Thanks to accommodating and exceptionally pleasant staff I had a budget standard family room with views of the sea. Had great facilities, such as luggage storage and a lounge. The check-in was quick and the atmosphere was family overall. Nothing too much trouble, I spent a comfortable time here.

Pleasant and clean place overall with great and brilliant location on a tram going past. Great bedroom. Excellent view of the sea, a jacuzzi and a tub in the bathroom. The service is excellent.

Good hot breakfast for all tastes with bread rolls and toast, as for instance. Very good service, brand-new standard king room with bath/shower, plenty of areas where dust had n't been cleaned away, for instance.

The stuff were superfriendly and fabulously friendly and provided help. Truly enjoyed to spend 2 days in our freshly decorated family room with seaview, sanitary towels, as example. Delicious and absolutely superb breakfast for vegetarian was available.

Wonderful relaxing place with hard-working staff and free wi-fi. Very good service, bright views of the sea from my standard double room. Warm breakfast each morning, perfect location near to plenty of outside restaurants. Besides, easy to get to St Johns Market.

Really enjoyed large and freshly decorated suite where the windows open, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The restaurant was comfortable and the breakfast was particularly good and delicious with beer, raw bacon and to help ones self to. The staff were amazing friendly and location was particularly good and perfect.

Overall it was newly remodelled and a decent size, with a jacuzzi bathroom. Luggage storage, big windows, and a carpet were standard, but I greatly enjoyed that. Efficient service was provided here.

This place is great value for money. The very pleasant and exceptional staff helps you in any way. It offers terrific service. There's safe parking available and free internet too. They have warm beverages in the main bar.

The staff were absolutely brilliant, it was a bonus. The location in a lovely area was unbeatable and there were a local shop and shops nearby. Furthermore, the hotel was not too far from Coral Island Amusement Center.

The provided service was exceptional. Modest rooms, excellent views of the sea, the staff was personable. The location to an opera house and a castle was marvellous and pleasant for everything I needed.

I lovely spend 1 night in Blackpool. The staff were efficient and made me feel welcome. Had central location on the promenade. Also, it was not far from Trinity and other tourist attractions.

Thank you for such an excellent stay for two nights. Every detail is fantastic, especially the staff and facilities. The rooms are big size with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. The location is incredible and brilliant, 2 km from a restored Victorian pier. The airport is 0.5 km away, easy to get to...

We really loved this hotel. 10 mins walk to the center. It's very close to buckingham's public house, good for a little drink...

Staff was great and we liked our stay. Everything we needed, like north pier was placed a few steps away from the hotel. Blackpool Town Center neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.
