The location was prime and the staff members were very amiable and extremely helpful people who had a good sense of humour and helpful manner. The room I booked was brand-new and spotless with a bath, 2 single beds, as for instance.

Recently refurbished clean property, it has excellent friendly staff who had a good sense of humour and helpful manner. The location is great and peaceful as it's just off the seafront and the illuminations. The place to have lunch not too far from the hotel is Ciao Ciao.

Great-sized and newly decorated room and own bathroom with all necessary facilities. Awesome view near to tram stop and had a sea view from the window. The prime and peaceful location for the price, just off restuarant, North Shore and the centre. A good stay for 3 nights.

Particularly good and quiet location for my plans, being near a tram line. For tea or coffee visit Rose's Cafe nearby. Plenty of food at breakfast like toast and cereals.

Sincerely, it was a fine stay for 3 nights. I enjoyed the room, the bed was good. The food was fab with a lot of alternatives. This hotel was great value for money as opposed to other options.

It was nearby a tram stop. We had an own bathroom.

Beautifully designed place with amazing staff who had a good sense of humour and helpful manner. Peaceful location on sea front with views near to tram stop and had a sea view. Near Tram, the illuminations, and the seafront. Plenty of cheap food.

Overall had good stay for 3 nights. We really enjoyed rooms with a bath. Its location was marvellous and prime right on the tram line.

The room was spotless with own bathroom and the view was awesome. The food for breakfast, especially cereal and toast, was delightful. The location was prime, within walking distance of Genting Casino Blackpool...

I had cheap, relaxing room with a lovely view, 2 single beds, as for instance. Its location just a short walk away from St Stephens Church was marvellous.

I loved the place, it was clean & the staff were efficient and easygoing. The room with a lovely view was great value for money. Everything here was very good. Location: the hotel was near to Blackpool, tram and bus, two tram stops. Tbh, had a lovely stay for 3 nights.

There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Ciao Ciao, set within 20 minutes walk or so. Got room with sea view👍😀

The staff was CHEARFUL, the bed was comfy.

we could easily get to promenade and gynn square was not far from the hotel. totally a great experience. location met needs well.
