The room was great value for money with great views, shower, for example.

Comfortable bed, compact room that has a quite good bathroom.

I asked for double room with bedroom and shower and they kindly provided it.

This hotel is lovely welcoming, has pretty friendly staff and a warm breakfast. It's neat and cheap with fairly clean bathrooms. The venue is set in a good location near to which was a ten minute, the tram stop and to go to the pleasure beach. Also, a public park is next door.

The room is immaculate and fantastic, it comes with shower, table in bedroom plus seaview.

The location of the hotel was great, on arrival a 45 seated coach was parked diagonally across the car park.

The staff were amicable, unbeatable location close to sea side. Tried some takeout specials at Nando's Manchester, luckily it was within a close distance from the venue. The breakfast had a great selection of fab options, and was freshly prepared.

The stay here was real good, loved the hotel, it was immaculately clean with nice location just next door to trams to Blackpool as well as transport links to get into town. This venue met every demand in every way, would recomand.

Good value and reasonably priced hotel in a shopping area just next door to tram stop, tram and bus, and the town centre. Compact, new-fashioned room with tea and coffee making equipment, flat-screen television, and a writing desk.

Enjoyed our rooms with 2 tv's which my son loved. The breakfast was good hot with a huge variety of delicious options.

The setting was excellent, very close to the gardens as well as tram and bus.

Everything was perfect, enjoyed our really lovely stay. The breakfast was warm, had a good choice of food. The location was magnificent and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming during the whole stay! Plus, main attraction such as Cleveleys Baptish Church was 3 km from this hotel.

Its location is absolutely perfect, just off the gardens at the rear, to go to the pleasure beach and the north pier. The food is fab and gorgeous.

This was exactly the double room I wanted in Blackpool. It was cheap and easy to move around, private bathroom.

It had lovely drinks and views, they offered free WiFi. The beds are comfortable to sleep on. Btw, their manager is top! Would recommend it.

Worth its 3 stars. This hotel is luxurious and it has GREAT staff and views.

don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit blackpool illuminations. it is near to the airport.
