The whole atmosphere of this nice little hotel was family. The location was good and great, close to the centre with easy access to a market and all the main shops. Liked the family room than in pictures, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The staff were all very-very nice and welcoming.

The staff was amiable, as well as host. The room was en suite and lovely sized, included fairly clean bathroom. This bed was very comfy and I could sleep like home.

The location of the hotel was central, very close to coral island which is perfect for families, town and water gardens and town center. Plus, it was about 5 minutes' drive to Ladybower Reservoir.

The personnel was amicable - we had some questions about everything and they helped us with them. The rooms were huge and airy with bathroom and adjoining toilet, nothing too much trouble.

Unbeatable and magnificent location really close to the town centre and the beach, all the main attractions and water gardens, I felt safe. A cool bonus was Mermaid Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The setting was excellent, just off the shop. Early check-in, the staff helped us with everything.

No reason to complain, loved my stay at this hotel and would have extended the stay. The time I spent there was very comfortable! The accommodation had a central location in the town Centre was close to everything. The staff was welcoming, kind, provided a family atmosphere.

The hotel was absolutely great and ideal for our purposes. The location was stunning and magnificent, the staff was kind. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Palmerston Place bus stop. Enjoyed our stay here and do recommend.

Quiet little hotel, my favourite in Blackpool.

I have stayed in double room with adjoining toilet for 1 night.

It was in a central setting very close to town center. And we were very close to Blackpool, and the sea front.

There was parking lot missing.

Everything was good during 1 day, enjoyed its great location really close to main shops, beach & large car park as well as everything-the front, bars. The staff were superfriendly all of the time.

I had a very pleasant stay. Everything was as good as it could be. This hotel was located in a central area next to coral island. It also was in the town Centre.

Had REALLY COMFORTABLE 1 night here. The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Promenade. Btw, it was just 5 min walk to downtown. I had an exceptionally comfortable bed, and an electric kettle, central heating and a TV.

This hotel was super base for exploring Blackpool, enjoyed it. It was in a central location, very close to town center...
