Possibly the best and wonderful stay for a weekend. Excellent food for dinner and breakfast. Excellent staff, fab location really close to the sandcastle water park. Right at Robert Dundas and other tourist attractions.

Spent here 1 very comfortable days and would have stayed for longer. I liked the place, it was reasonably clean & the staff were excellent and incredibly polite. The location was excellent, the room was compact. Moreover, the hotel was not very far from South Pier.

Magnificent and fantastic spot just next door to all attractions including the pleasure beach, Station Rd opp South Pier, and the water park. Newly renovated and tidy units with air freshener, 2 kids in tow, for example.

It had perfect location, very close to the piers and bars, the beachfront, and South Pier and Pleasure Beach. All the services were exceptional.

The place is fantastic and fairly clean, everything is excellent, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The staff is excellent, they ensure you have a great time here. The hotel is in a good and fab location in the centre of the city. As I remember, there were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like The Khukuri that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The restaurant is good and the food is brilliant. Thanks a lot for an excellent service, would recomand.

Everything was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed our very lovely stay. Overall it was newly remodelled and neat, with a private bathroom. The bedroom was actually fine. The staff were very friendly and excellent all of the time.

Appreciated our 1 day in this hotel, no complaints whatsoever. The property is homely and comfy and the staff is extremely friendly. The units are compact, cheap where the towels were eaten up by rats.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Great value for money, comfortable beds and the staff is cheerful. Booked queen room with an electronic key card, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities. The proprietor upon arrival was excellent:)))

Family atmosphere along with briliant staff and favourable location. Frendly owner running the hotel. Really enjoyed how the family queen room was arranged when we arrived. Moreover, parking was nearby.
