Double room with lovely extra touches. Comfortable decor of the room. Great and stunning setting, next to the pier and the tower, the beach and public transport and town center.

My family room was beautiful little. The staff was very pleasant and best. The location in a lovely quiet area was incredible and there were a market and convenience stores nearby. It was also set walk from a tram station.

The breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of food.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and coffee facilities, a hair dryer, and a kettle inside the room. The location was good and fantastic, staff were very pleasant.

The units are nicely decorated, big. Nice touch to have tea/coffee and a kettle. The location is marvellous, close to the seafront.

We loved being here. We've chosen this ideal and stunningly beautiful hotel for staying here with our kids. The food at the takeaway breakfast was excellent. The setting was magnificent, just off the Blackpool Tower, tram and bus, and taxis later on are like rocking horse dung. Also, it was barely a 10-minute walk from Gynn Square, which was ideal for us.

The hotel was fancy and stunningly beautiful, yet I stayed for 2 nights only. The staff was accommodating and very pleasant - they made my stay an excellent experience. The location was great very close to a tram stop and the atmosphere was family! I tried some drinks at bar Gynn Pub & Restaurant, located 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast food was brilliant, truly enjoyed it.

Had 1 night in this fancy and perfect hotel, spent our time here lovely. The staff were helpful, and the room was well decorated and themed with lovely extra touches. The nice location was close to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The place is ideal and clean, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The staff are nice and the location is marvellous and stunning close to the seafront. Plus, it's in North Shore district, just off tram stop and the market town of Fleetwood in the other.

All in all it's perfect hotel, we had a very nice stay here. Stunning and incredible location walk from a tram station, that was handy. Liked that food was amazing.

Trendy boutique hotel in a lovely quiet area just next door to the sea, the sea front and the Blackpool Tower and the town centre. The amiable staff with great attitude to guests. A good choice of options for excellent breakfast.

Loved the fact that I chose this fancy and stunningly beautiful hotel. The accommodating and very pleasant staff provided me an excellent 2 nights stay. Overall it was large and airy, with a private bathroom.

The hotel was ideal with quiet location to the market town of Fleetwood in the other. I liked the breakfast with a lot of delightful food. The personnel was affable and extremely helpful, and the hostess too.

I have stayed in the double room with very comfty bed. Every staff member is polite and nice and strives to meet your needs.

As for me, the location is marvellous and stunning, to far up from Central pier. The bets part that it's just next door to seafront and trams, the sea and tram and the main tourist attractions in Blackpool. The breakfast is served in the cafe!

The staff was amiable and best and the place was fairly clean. The location was nice and unbeatable, close to the sea with easy access to a market and convenience stores. Besides, Victoria and Albert Museum was 2 km away from the property.

The location was good and beautiful and the free parking was nearby. We had the family room and it was immaculate.

Everything was very good, and it had strong wi-fi. I loved having 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds in the room, that was reasonably large and airy too. The food was excellent, drinks were hot. The location of the hotel was marvellous, close to the Tram. It was also just off public transport, Trams and buses, a cafe at the end of the road and far enough away to avoid all the late night noise.

Located in the nice quiet zone, it was a lovely place for one night. The takeaway breakfast was a bonus. The room was themed and bright with a hairdryer, shower caps and fresh towels in the separate bathroom.

The family room was neat and immaculate. The staff were pleasant and best and always near, recommended a cafe.

We had a nice stay at this trendy boutique hotel. The unit we got was immaculate and delightful with a lovely comfy double bed, beautiful bathroom, as example. You could leave a car nearby.
