The amiable and excellent staff working throughout the hotel.

The personnel was amicable, and the owner too. The bedroom was neat and carpeted. Greatly enjoyed that we had a storage space and a kettle. It offered exceptional service and fine food too.

The hotel had a peaceful and perfect location right at a massive central square. The venue was set 100 metres from the bus stop. The bedroom was large and freshly decorated. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great.

I've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was lovely and good with toast, bacon 1 sausage and unlimited tea. Everyone working at this well priced and well presented hotel was helpful.

The room was well-appointed and freshly decorated, it had shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

Functional double room and the bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast in the morning was gorgeous and satisfactory and complete with yogurt. There was Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was excellent.

Overall it was well-appointed, with a private bathroom. Our location was magnificent and good, nearby a tram station. The lunch in I am Pho around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel had every choice imaginable.

Every member of the staff was affable and excellent. The service was exceptional as we had expected. Could use their good parking. The location seemed peaceful and ideal to the transport network. Found North Shore, it's at a walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel was in the central setting close to the trams into the centre. Besides, it was very close to the promenade and bus and tram stops close by, a well regarded Spanish restaurant and a nice quiet area.

Everything was perfect and liked my stay there. The location was central, adjacent to the promenade and tram line, Close to tram stop and tram. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Highlands Pub. The room was cosy and brilliant and attractive with tv and kettle when I arrived.

My double room with TV, cutely decorated plus shower was en suite. The staff were amiable and knowledgeable and had a sense of humour.

The staff was welcoming and amazing, they showed us what excellent service is supposed to be like. The accommodation had a central location down beachfront.

Nice place for 2 nights. The total experience was perfect. A cool bonus was Bispham Kitchen, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. When we came, the host met us and was fantastic.

You can also visit The Highlands Pub that offers excellent meals. Free parking was provided to the guests...
