The location couldn't be more good and absolutely perfect in the area around the lower level carpark entrance. The breakfast was good hot and savoury, especially croissants and cereal.

This hotel was good value when compared to other options. The property was gorgeous with exceptionally pleasant people at the service and help she received from the staff.

Double room was newly renovated, the beds were comfy. This accommodation was in the central location to clean everything. Moreover, the hotel was not very far from National Football Museum.

Plentiful and delicious breakfast with a great selection of food options. Functional double room with window open. Comfortable, magnificent location in the middle than the edges. Besides, easy to get to a publicly owned art museum.

The staff was FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE, incredibly polite, and everything was modern. I took a standard king room with a huge bed and bedroom. Croissants and cereal provided for breakfast was amazing. The location was good, very down hill.

All of the staff was incredibly welcoming and consistently courteous. The room was decent size and offered a shower and toiletries, so that guests had essentials. The breakfast was tasty and delicious and the parking was on street.

The total stay was very nice of our holiday. Our standard double room was soundproof with a clean bathroom, great views of Blackpool Tower, as example. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with reasonable prices and well priced. This accommodation had a central setting so close to the promenade.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Blackpool, had much fun and met competent and flexible staff with excellent service from the restaurant staff who are also friendly. Close to the hotel there was a tram station.

Everything was good, it's clean and lively hotel. Twin/double room I stayed at was decent size with very confortable king size bed. The food was decently priced and fabulous. Smart staff in good customer service and the location was magnificent further down the promenade. Also, Comedy Carpet was 3 km away.

The room is well-equipped and essentials you need, including so many space, 4 windows and coffee, is right there. It offers particularly good location very close to the restaurant, Blackpool and a Hilton. Plus, it is set 2 km from a restored Victorian pier.

I appreciated the outstanding food. There were incredibly large beds and plenty space, four windows and coffee inside the room. The location was particularly good: the main shopping centre and a local market were within walking distance. It was a nice quiet area, a great base for me.

The location of the hotel was perfect, on the seafront. It was also really close to the beach as well as the centre. The rooms were huge and newly remodelled, and the bathroom was nice with a bathtub.

This hotel was good value as opposed to other options. The property was clean, featured modern design, I enjoyed it. The standard queen room was newly remodelled and functional. The view of the beach was pleasant and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was a great location just next door to were n't planning on staying in a great deal and such a huge establishment.

Stain in the room.

I appreciated the place, everything was great. It was newly decorated, huge and for the clean. A shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets were available there. Totally really great stay for 1 night...

During weekend everything was perfect and we would return here. The location was particularly good - ease of access to Gynn Square. Family-friendly hotel set in the good area: D
