Everything was great during our stay. The staff was polite and very welcoming and took care of us. The rooms where quiet and adequate with good view, felt like home. The food was lovely, had a good choice of options.

It had a great selection of facilities, including a kettle, central heating, and flat-screen television etc. The location in a good area was particularly good and there were the main shopping centre and supermarkets nearby. Even the Blackpool International airport was not so far, 20 minutes drive away.

The location was magnificent and fantastic, relatively close to North Shore. It was about 10 km from the airport. We were moved to a quadruple room with a double bed and a great view.

Beds were a bit hard.

The breakfast had lots of food, like cereal, fruit, porridge and pancakes. The location was brilliant, for example, North Shore was relatively close to the hotel. The staff were WELCOMING and accommodating all the time.
