Had a double room with best of all a PlayStation, a fresh cooked breakfast, as for instance and I loved it.

Shame the bathroom was a bit small.

Tasty and delicious breakfast, the food was lovely. This was a marvellous and fab location really close to Blackpool for over 30 years, train & bus station and centre and main attractions.

Fabulous hotel in a magnificent and perfect location to the water park, enjoyed this place. Great little and well presented room with a bathroom, outstandingly accommodating staff — everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel is marvellous and fab, just off the town centre and 2 of the piers as well as tram stop and bus route. Plus, it's quite close to an art gallery.

We booked a deluxe room, it was complete with separate bedroom as well as the most comfortable bed ever. The breakfast was savoury and fresh made, featured a great selection of meals.

Hotel's location was great, close to everything. We really enjoyed the small double room which was tidy and adequate with a bathroom.

Our stay here was very pleasant, cosy base for exploring Blackpool. The family room was tastefully decorated. An electric kettle, central heating, and iron and ironing board were great. The staff were excellent and the setting was convenient. Blackpool International airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car. Loved our stay, and would recomand the hotel.

Stayed here with my family and everything was amazing. My room was beautifully presented and provided with the most comfortable bed ever, beautiful decor plus hairdryer. The hotel rooms were great-sized and newly remodelled with shower, a single bed and 100 % value for money. The location was perfect, a short walk from an art gallery.

This was my perfect 10/10 stay in February. The place was clean, I booked the double room with inner courtyard views, everything was amazing. Its perfect, central location was a plus. There were comfy beds and a work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and multi-channel television inside the room. The staff were pretty friendly, ready to any request.

No complains at all, I really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again. The hotel's position was fantastic, to Blackpool Tower & shopping centre. What's more, it was really close to the restaurants on the promenade and arcades, the seafront/tram stop and the sea front and shops. It was in a marvellous location walk from restaurants and pubs. I had coffee at The Promenade Cafe, located within 5 minutes walk.

The bathroom in my small double room was lovely. The personnel was nice and lovely, and the host too. The hotel was in an AMAZING location, to the water park.
