It was gorgeous and quiet hotel overall, everything was perfectly fine, I would give it other than 3 stars.

Loved this friendly family run hotel, would recommend. Everything was fine, we had brilliant 3 days here. The location was ideal - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. The room was bright and spotless, complete with en suite bathrooms, a dressing table, for example.

The hotel was fairly clean with perfect location close to so many attractions and bright rooms. Loved an electric kettle, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The food served was fab.

The property's location is excellent, just next door to the South Pier, Blackpool Pleasure Beach and all the tourist sites. Besides, the hotel is located 3 km away from a buzzing Theatre-district square.

My room included iron/ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a multi-channel TV. Everything was amazing, and the breakfast was amazing with tea and toast.

The property seemed clean and the room was bright. The location was fantastic, 0.5 km to Blackpool International airport, perfectly reachable.

There were very uncomfortable beds.

The location was particularly good to promenade & tram stop and met the needs. It was also short walk to the South Pier, the water park and the Pleasure Beach and so many attractions.

Their breakfast option with toast and yogurt, as example is marvellous, put others we have been to shame! Nothing too much trouble, we 100% recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel's position was ideal, next to the buses and trams, the beach and the water park.

Absolutely amazing hotel with stable wi-fi, the location is incredible very close to the sea front. The staff are welcoming, and the host too. The ambiance is family. It has lots of meals to offer, the food is great.

Wish I definitely want to stay in that area again.

A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Jade Delight that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The whole experience was EXCELLENT. Really close to grosvenor casino blackpool.

400 feet away there is Mr Mutleys, where you can dine. Really enjoyed the pool;))
