It is a perfect property located in North Shore district close enough to buses as well as Blackpool for sure. The units are spotless, well stocked. The hotel offers excellent and perfect location on the promenade called Gynn Square.

My room was spotless and new-fashioned for kids etc, liked it. Coffee and a hair dryer were a bonus. The location turned out to be good and lovely, so close to the sea front, the winter gardens and the seafront and tram stop.

It was ideal hotel and we had an excellent stay. The staff were helpful and our room was spotless and modern. It was in a particularly good and lovely location a short way from Courtfield Gardens.

The location was perfect and nice, near to a quiet area, the promenade called Gynn Square and the seafront and tram stop, the beach was just minutes away from the venue. The local staff were helpful and welcoming.

The location of the hotel was excellent, back to the Tower. Besides, a restored Victorian pier was 2 km away from the venue.

Rooms were a little dated.

The staff was affable and the owner too.

It was close enough to local shops and restaurant and takeaways as well as the seafront, exceptionally nice and ideal location overall.

This was a such great stay for one night. Immaculately clean room with a bathroom attached was enjoyable. It had a great interior.

Everyone from the staff was amiable and welcoming. The room I got was spotless with the 'private exterior bathroom' which obviously was n't as convenient as an en suite and fresh decor plus kids etc.

Ideal place to stay while in Blackpool. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff always on hand. Very comfy bed in the family queen room, plus coffee and a hair dryer. Great design.

I stayed here 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was welcoming, the room was spotless and spacious. The setting was magnificent, near to Blackpool for sure, the seafront and tram stop and Gynn Square.

It was truly a really comfortable stay for one night, the hotel met requests. I had the double room, it was brand-new. The venue's location was great, short walk to the Kimberley Guest House, tram and a quiet area excellent value for money. Plus, I went to see Tardis Police Box nearby.

The hotel was in a great and brilliant location, for the central activities. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby A&m Sandwich Bar & Grill. I had the double room, it was beautiful and quiet.

Everything is good, good value, perfect hotel overall. The staff are amiable and welcoming and I enjoyed their attitude. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located on the promenade called Gynn Square.

Overall it was a nice size for kids etc.
