The stuff was very welcoming plus the location was incredible and particularly good. The bus stop was 500 metres away. Our room was ideal and welcoming with good facilities.

It's perfectly clean and individual with excellent bathrooms. The staff is helpful, as well as owner. The location is magnificent, and here's the cherry on top - close to a bus station. Love eating outside and there's Grumbles, set very close to the hotel.

Had a really lovely stay in February. Choose standard room with good facilities. The location was magnificent - just 5 minutes' walk from Coral Island Amusement Center. The hotel was in an excellent area, adjacent to the seafront central pier as well as 5-10 minutes to town.

The setting of hotel was excellent and absolutely perfect, for everything Blackpool has to offer. The room was great-sized and we truly enjoyed the bathroom, it was clean.

Your location was particularly good, close to the beach. Also, the area was good.

Hip new hotel in an excellent area just off the seafront central pier as well as kirkstead guesthouse. Good-sized and ideal unit with large TV, host tray bed, coffee. Unbeatable location at a short distance from a 19th - century pier. Really lovely overall experience.

It was neat, everyone was affable. My room was both individual and welcoming with very comfy bed and coffee plus coffee on host tray bed was like a marshmallow what a great sleep brilliant would recommend.

Sincerely, it was a lovely stay in February. The location was incredible, within walking distance of Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium.

This hotel had a central position very close to everything. What's more, it was so close to good for money, the seafront central pier, and the town centre. The bedroom was super clean, beds were exceptionally comfortable as well.
