Marvellous location, elegant family room with Netflix, the bar, the bathroom.

Amazing service provided. Incredible breakfast with a slice of black pudding and black pudding, for instance, and with a family atmosphere.

The location was ideal and magnificent there, on the sea front. The bedroom was spotless and exceptional. The service was excellent with parking onsite.

The family room is large and has an electric kettle, central heating, and an electronic key card. The breakfast is incredible and the staff is helpful, accommodating.

It offers spotless rooms with Netflix and the bathroom plus the bar. The staff are easygoing and extremely friendly, we truly enjoyed them.

Stayed in double room, it was modern and with very modern design.

Its location is magnificent & incredible, near to the central pier and south pier. There's La's Cafe around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts. The rooms are immaculately clean here with the bar.

We stayed in an elegant family king room with the bathroom, good drinks deals in the bar like 2 for 1 cocktail plus the bar.

The rooms were spotless and perfect with the bar, Netflix and biscuit tray, nothing to complain about. Everything was really good and the staff were easy going. The service was amazing during my stay.

We have booked family room for 2 nights, everything was spotless, it had central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making equipment. It was perfect and bathroom included a bath.

All in all great and fab location, adjacent to the North Beach, the Tower, and tram stop.

Unwelcoming staff!

Helpful service, although a few employees were not very welcoming. The location was incredible, short walk to the beach, the central pier and south pier, and local attractions.

They gave us a double room with toiletries as well as the bathroom. The venue was in a very central location so close to the piers, Blackpool and local attractions.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We got a room with a bath. Layout and interior design were modern.

The staff were ATTENTIVE and amiable, gave us great tips.
