The setting is incredible and fab, really close to the piers, beach promenade and city centre and the South Pier and tram/bus stop.

The venue is impeccably clean, the staff is accommodating. It's a nice size and brand-new with spacious bathrooms.

Place was reasonably clean and modern. My room was large and cheap with good shower. The staff was polite and pleasant and gave me recommendations.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. The location was marvellous and lovely - so close to the seafront between south and central pier, and an alley at the end of the street. Besides, it was situated just 1 km away from Mathew Street. I had a really great stay at this pet-friendly hotel.

We spent 2 nights in reasonably spacious double room with good shower.

The units are exceptional, new-fashioned with the bedroom, a set of bunks, Wi-Fi.

I enjoyed this lovely little place, stayed there for 2 nights. The hotel was in a central setting nowhere near the sea. The staff team was polite and pleasant.

Very clean bed in single room with an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set. Lovely building, lovely bedroom. Unbeatable location of the hotel, so close to the seafront between south and central pier and an alley at the end of the street. And near a sculpture gallery.

I enjoyed its double room with Wi-Fi as well as double bed. The location of this comfortable hotel was incredible, on a slope. Local fast food option Kfc was 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel had a great and awesome location very close to promenade. When it was very hot outside we decided to visit Dog & Partridge, nice place to chill.

Overall had such great stay for one night. It had marvellous and fab location, near to the centre of blackpool, south and beach and main strip, plenty of food joints and shops around area. I checked out a 19th-century pier, that was set just a short walk away from the property.

The location was good and fab, near to Blackpool South railway station, and both the central and easily accessible. Overall it was a nice size and brand-new, with a private bathroom.

Very, very nice staff and incredible location in a black cab from the Train station, everything was excellent. The food was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the variety.

The location was particularly good and perfect and by the sea, unique base for one night. Fast food restaurant Golden Bowl was 200 metres away from the place.

Had a really great stay with my family, we spent 2 nights here, everything was good. All of the staff was polite and decent. The location was unbeatable - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Also, the area was pretty nice.

Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this good budget hotel. The double room was lovely with large beds. Central heating, multi-channel television and a coffee maker worked well. The location was peaceful very near to sea front, better than we ever had before. Also, the distance to Silcock's Fun Palace was only 1 km.

The place is clean, the room is exceptional, the staff is welcoming. Offers incredible and brilliant location in a pretty nice area. There's Dutton Arms with nice shots a minute walk from the venue. The beds are exceptionally comfortable to sleep on.

Hotel was good sized and awesome. Comfortable bed for sleeping. Just a 20-minute stroll to the centre. Spent a nice evening at Aarzoo's Soul Food, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue. Moreover, we parked on-site...

the bed was amazing, we had a good rest. close to central pier. it truly was a great experience.
