Marvellous and lovely location and enjoyable breakfast with pancakes and yoghurt, as for instance. Exceptionally comfortable bed, deluxe bathroom and central heating and ironing facilities in the room.

We had a satisfactory breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed the meal with pancakes and yoghurt and juice. The staff were absolutely amazing and location was great.

Perfect location, within walking distance of everywhere. Found in a nice quiet area. Having central heating, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities in our extremely pleasant and good-sized room. Good beds and marvellous service.

The overall atmosphere was lovely, however some staff members were not very good.

The setting is tranquil and decent, so close to the best restaurants, all main attractions and the tram line. Don't forget to visit nearby Bispham Kitchen, they have best coffee ever.

The breakfast was good, we appreciated a huge variety of meals. The property's location is marvellous and lovely, short walk to the beach, all the attractions, and all main areas of town. There is bar Cafe Famille, set 100 metres walk away.

I thoroughly enjoyed its standard double room with Wetherspoons beer. The location was good and perfect, close to a tram station.

The bathroom was fairly clean and the room itself huge and big size. The hotel's location was marvellous and perfect, so close to the promenade and local shops. Besides, it was 2 km away from Bispham Parish Church.

This location was ideal, close enough to all main areas, the piers, and local shops and trams. Also, we were able to visit North Shore, that was 2 km from the hotel.

The triple room was budget and cheap with excellent breakfast. We were offered satisfactory breakfasts with pancakes.

The standard double room was cheap and tidy with 2 bedrooms, so that guests had essentials. Good and perfect location just what we needed, it was close to a tram station.

The location was nice and perfect, easy to get to places via trams, in the nice quiet area. Stayed in a king room room, it was well-stocked with a comfortable bed and a decent chair plus a kettle.

Great for adults. Being minutes from Spice Grill was nice, we had dinner there.
