It was fairly clean, the staff was excellent, plus the service was good. Had variety of options for breakfast, it was lovely. Had magnificent location close to centre.

The breakfast was particularly nice with orange juice, yogurt, nice served cheap meat, and the restaurant's offer was fab. The location turned out to be great and lovely, short walk to the centre and beach, and the seafront. Moreover, it was not too far from Princes Street Gardens.

The bed was very old, unfortunately.

Would recommend this excellant value and quiet little hotel in a lovely location so very close to everything. It offers excellent services and has a gorgeous breakfast choices. Also, you can use wifi throughout the property.

En suite spotless rooms with shared bathroom, clean toilet, as for instance, attentive staff. Gorgeous and absolutely fantastic breakfast, plenty of food and beverages. Excellent and absolutely perfect location close enough to the Winter Gardens, joke shop and premier shop and the beach near the town centre, tasty food. Their service was excellent.

Its location quite close to Blackpool County Court was marvellous and fantastic. The staff were welcoming and amiable, everything was great.

We had very pleasant 1 day here, would recomand. Enjoyed our a nice size and brand-new rooms, plus the staff was attentive. The location was absolutely perfect, not far from all the attractions, the Winter Gardens, and a dance competition, in a brilliant area. The lunch in Rustom Restaurant very close to the hotel had every choice imaginable. There was Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was good.

The morning breakfast was particularly nice with yogurt, cheap meat, bacon. It was in a great and brilliant location close to Coral Island Amusement Center.

This was a pleasant stay in 3 nights into my 4 night stay with great prices. The hotel was fairly clean and staff were very very helpful and excellent, everything was perfect. It was an excellent and lovely location for me, near to the beach near the town centre as well as the Winter gardens and the front. Tried some nice meals at Sandwich Stop, located very close to the venue.

I found the hotel's location perfect, short walk to close to joke shop, shopping centre and the Winter gardens and the front. Also, I was really close to Robert Dundas. The bedroom was neat and brand-new. The breakfast was incredible for what was on offer with orange juice, toast and cereal.
