Appreciated the reasonably large double room with fantastic views and the way it was setup. Having a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels was a bonus.

Stunning location in the National Park with views over the lake and fells. Just next door to the local pub, the Kirkstile Inn, the main Lake District tourist areas further south and the garden.

Wanted to explore Blackpool and this hotel was characterful base for doing it. Loved the location away from the main Lake District tourist areas further south. Also, Crummock Water was 3 km away. The food they offered was outstanding, had a wide range of meals. No complains at all, the venue met requirements.

Thanks for the excellent stay, thoroughly enjoyed this place, I would stay here again. It was perfectly clean, breakfast was amazing and fantastic.

Everything was perfect as expected. I was offered a room with absolutely breathtaking views over the lake and fells. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious with a huge variety of dishes. This hotel was located in a remote area close to the Looking Stead, and the local pub for dinner.
