Centrally based in a shopping area. Outstanding food, great service. Amazing friendly staff with a good portion of humor.

I find the hotel bright, spotless and the staff is very amiable. The standard queen room is new-fashioned and has a kettle and a bedside lamp. The point is the sea view was an unexpected bonus. Its location so close to the Blackpool tower is really handy. It's also just off the Winter Gardens so perfect central location as well as opera house.

The property was fantastic and absolutely gorgeous. Everything was excellent and the staff were incredibly nice. The hotel had a very central position just off Fleetwood market on tram £5. Also, the place was not too far away from a grand townhouse.

The rooms were warm enough and spotless and complete with a double bed, a view of the Blackpool tower close by, the bathroom. Its decoration was great.

This small hotel was worth a visit, good value. Had very central location to the coach station. Had tea and goodies at Java Bar Espresso, nestled 1 km of the property. The breakfasts here were superb with tomato, marmalade plus apple juice which was then followed by tea.

Accommodating staff provides an excellent service. I have stayed in the double room with a view of the blackpool tower close by.

Spotless and the stuff was efficient and very amiable. Besides, the hotel was relatively close to National Football Museum. It offered exceptional service and good food too. My stay here was brilliant.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, very close to the centre 5 minute walk to coral island which was great with easy access to shopping centres and a market.

Everything was excellent, the parking was close to hotel, the room was warm enough and impeccably clean. The location offered was great and stunning just next door to Vance rd Blackpool and Coral island and blackpool tower. Plus, I was within easy walking distance of Manchester Arena.

We truly enjoyed the room, it was reasonably large and brand-new and had a kettle and a bedside lamp. The location was fantastic and incredible, near to resteraunts and the sea front.

The experience was brilliant and I would definitely return here. I liked this nicely presented and bright place, stayed there for 1 night. Its location was incredibly comfortable, central to all the attractions, and in a shopping area. A few times I ate at Sandwich Stop, located relatively near the hotel. The location was great, around 10-15 minutes walk from Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium. Tourist attractions like a tower and an opera house were near to the hotel.

Had good sleep at the standard queen room with comfortable bed. The position of the hotel was comfortable, right in the centre of everything.

It made our trip to Blackpool an excellant experience. We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was perfect. The location was unbeatable and fab, within easy walking distance of The Winter Gardens.

A really enjoyable stay at this top quality and centrally situated hotel! Fab food plus efficient staff. Immaculate double room, comfortable beds. Stunning and fab location near to shops etc, and only about 5 minutes' walk to Blackpool centre.

The location was peaceful and fab, for example, Arcade was within easy walking distance of the hotel. Moreover, it's close to shops as well as Blackpool.

Good base for discovering Blackpool. Units with a view of the blackpool tower close by. Very central location near to shops etc, tidy and warm room. Again, not far from Coral Island Amusement Center. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Loved our 3 nights stay. The staff we met was accommodating and great. The location was marvellous, you can visit Sea Life Blackpool Aquarium by walking. Good value, it was excellent stay.

breakfast was marvellous and staff were fab. standard queen room had a flat-screen tv with cable channels, a seating area and a writing table, everything worked for us. amazing owner running the hotel.

Beds were a bit small.
