Enjoyed the stay, it was really really nice at re decorating it over the winter time. Everything was exceptional, clean hotel, great location close to all attractions.

We were upgraded to double room with a double bed on check in.

This was my really nice stay at re decorating it over the winter time. I loved to be here, everything was perfect. The food was great and there were a good choice of dishes in the menu. It was in a good location right at a tram station.

Modern hotel with perfect service in unbeatable location very close to the centre, the beach and trams, and Blackpool for a long time carnt.

Stayed for 3 days and didn't feel like leaving, I would come here again. It was good home base for travelling to Blackpool, I was glad to stay there. The rooms were compact and outstanding, were equipped with a double bed. The breakfast had lots of fine food and drinks. The service was excellent, no reason to complain.

We had the standard twin room provided with a double bed. Had very central location to the central pier. In the evening we visited Frenchies, set a minute walk from the hotel.

The rooms were tidy with a double bed with exceptionally comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed great location, near sea front excellent Breakfast and the centre of the pleasure beach. Fast food restaurant Golden Bowl was 400 metres away from the place.

It's my first option in Blackpool, thank you. Everything is great, I enjoyed it. The location is perfect, 10 minutes' walk to Promenade.

Such a really really nice stay at re decorating it over the winter time. Small hotel set in the lovely area. Easy access to Blackpool International airport, within 5 km. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The location of the hotel was very central, short walk to sea front as well as Blackpool. It also was to the central pier. Double room with a double bed, had essentials required. Having a shower and bath sheets was a bonus.

we would recommend this place to everyone. family-friendly and very clean hotel; the rooms are pleasant. the bed was nice and heating and multi-channel tv were a bonus. services included free wifi.

Thoroughly enjoyed how cosy the property was. We were offered double room with an air conditioning and TV which were very good.
