It has marvellous, perfect setting, adjacent to the south pier as well as the promenade. Make sure you stay in the family twin room with bathroom, bunk beds plus coffee.

The bedroom was neat and brilliant. The bed was very comfy, used a safe, central heating, and an iron.

The whole building was fairly clean and had a family atmosphere. My room with shower, the bathroom and double bed was exceptionally nice, had good night's sleep. The location was brilliant and unbeatable, 0.5 km to Blackpool International airport, perfectly reachable.

Good and fab setting in the good area, near the piers, fair and shops and the water park & theme park. The staff was affable and the room was ideal, we had a comfortable experience.

It was clean with pleasant staff. The food for breakfast was fine. The location seemed marvellous and fab close enough to everything. Also, the hotel was placed 4 km from touristic place like Longford Pump. I really enjoyed the stay here and would stay here again.

This is a brilliant location in Blackpool. The units are comfy, absolutely brilliant. The personnel is polite, and the atmosphere is family.

The room I booked was clearly had n't been cleaned as a bottle of alcohol was left under the sink and available with double bed in. The location was perfect and quiet close enough to everything as well. Popped in Brewers Fayre Yeadon Way for shots before sleep, it was not very far from the venue.

Liked spending my time in this clean small hotel. I had single room that also was complete with TVs and tea/coffee making facilities plus clean linen. The location was marvellous and brilliant, just a short stroll away from Sandcastle Waterpark. Had a fantastic time.
