Lovely welcoming place, private parking, welcoming staff. Breakfast with a perfect coffee. Such an excellent service. Location: unbeatable and excellent, right by all the attractions from there, and The Promenade near Manchester Square and Central Pier area.

Far too hot room.

We would consider staying here again, thanks very much for the brilliant stay. The hotel offers tidy, beautiful rooms with bed or round edges. The location is unbeatable and convenient and they have parking on site.

The breakfast was gorgeous and with a perfect coffee; the staff was VERY HELPFUL. The room was brand-new with a spotless bathroom. The location was very central, lovely close to all the local attractions. Plus, I went to see Saint Saviour Pimlico nearby.

Brand-new and a decent size room, the decoration was nice. We truly enjoyed it, it also had free Wi-Fi. Good and magnificent location - easy walk to everywhere we needed.

Brilliant food and hot drinks.

The hotel was in a central location right next to the promenade within easy walking distance of everywhere. The room was compact with a perfect coffee and the staff attentive.

The location of the hotel was good and excellant, easy to walk to all the attractions from there. Plus, Madame Tussauds Blackpool Wax Museum was within easy walking distance of the venue.

Think that this quiet little hotel is beyond compare, loved it. The staff is welcoming, the breakfast gorgeous, the location is fab really close to tower, the football ground, and The Promenade near Manchester Square and Central Pier area. Incredible decent size rooms, they are provided with 2 seater couch Good double glazing cuts out all traffic, a sofa plus beer. The staff are great and welcoming, we truly enjoyed them.

The service is perfect, includes paid parking. All the rooms are brand-new and decent sized with a perfect coffee and the staff is very helpful. The restaurant food is good, and the breakfast offered is lovely with orange juice.

The accommodation had a central location on another hotels parking area nearby. They gave me suite with shower, a perfect coffee, as for instance.

We were offered a spotless room with extremely comfy bed. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Opera House Event Venue was unbeatable.
