Great, kind people working here. Family ambience. Nice beds in our family room. Bonus point for central heating, an iron/ironing board, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Had a double room with a bathroom, and we appreciated it. The location to the nearest decent shop was amazing for us. South Shore district was worth staying in.

The staff - some of them were kind of rude.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are great and warm. The staff are lovely and the location is marvellous to the nearest decent shop. You'll need 10 minutes to walk to Mercat Bar with nice drinks.

The location of the hotel was magnificent, to the nearest decent shop. Plus, Saint Mary's Cathedral was within walking distance. Had a nice size room complete with a bathroom and a double bed.

My stay was excellent here. It was fairly clean and the staff were amiable and pleasant, beds were lovely. Stunning and particularly good location, I was a short walk from the beach. It was set in a central area.

Had opportunity to use ironing at no cost. Besides, the area was downtown, next to Sandcastle Waterpark...
