The place is immaculately clean and lovely. All the staff members are welcoming and helpful. The hotel serves fabulous food. It has absolutely perfect, fantastic setting, so close to Close to the promenade, shops and Close to the sea front.

I truly enjoyed the family atmosphere, nice food and friendly service. This location was perfect and fantastic, near to the sea front and Central pier a coral island.

The bedroom was spotless and well decorated. I had a very comfy bed, and a fridge, central heating, and a TV set. Incredible central location really close to all major attractions, the sea front and other activities, and the tower. Besides, the property was 4 km away from Longford Pump.

Some people working there were a bit rude.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location, very close to the centre. Moreover, it was 2 km from Buckingham Palace. The bar was lovely and food they serve is great! The staff was friendly and helpful - we will be back.
